Worked with Andrea to get my first storage unit since my apartment got infested with fleas from their negligence. Had no idea what the process would be like and she was super nice walking me through everything. I felt bad since she was just about to eat her lunch when I pulled in! She took me around to show me the units and explained everything. They should keep her around! Give her a raise!

Great service brand new facility very flexible and professional

i was able to move out my dorm a little earlier, and they were very helpful i. letting me move my stuff the same day without a prior notice (except a phone call). the process was easy, and marcio was very helpful and helped us understand.

Representative was extremely thorough and telling me everything regarding the storage

It was very clean and felt safe at all times. Quiet location and not a ton of traffic inside. I used the unit for over 6mos and it was a great investment. We had no issues whatsoever.

I rent a storage from the Memphis tenn location on Summer Ave. the units are temp controlled and super clean. The store manager helped me through the whole process and showed me around the property. He was very nice and helpful and seems to really care about the property! I would definitely recommend!!!

Home Star Storage is super clean and pest free. They've got a wide variety of units to choose from and plenty of space to bring in larger items. There are multiple entrances to load in (in case one is taken) and all the doors have carts available to help. The manager, Marico, is super nice and does a great job explaining the different units and fees. If you're in need of storage, don't hesitate to drop by. A+ service!!!
