What is Brie Cheese

Brie cheese is a soft, creamy type of cheese that is made with cow's milk and has a mild flavor. Brie cheese originated in France but can be found all over the world.

It has been around for centuries because it tastes good and maintains its form when cooked.

It has an edible white rind which is considered to be a delicacy.

This variety of cheeses can be enjoyed on its own or used in cooking dishes like casseroles and quiches.
